How do I sell or trade-in my bike?
Simply upload photos and details of your bike through our 'Sell + Trade' portal. You will receive a valuation within 24 hours, which can be used as store credit or cashed out via PayPal or check.
What is your return policy for bikes and gear?
We offer a 30-day 'Ride It & Love It' guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, even if you have taken it out for a few rides.
How are bikes shipped and how much assembly is required?
Bikes are shipped in our custom RideFast boxes. They arrive 95% assembled; you typically only need to install the front wheel, seatpost, and handlebars using the provided tools.
